• Debt information: creditor names, balances, interest rates, and account status that you enter
• AI Copilot conversations: questions and responses within the app
• Offer and activity logs: notes and records you create

• Basic usage data such as pages visited and features used
• Browser type, device type, and general location (country/region)
• Billing information processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card numbers

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the ClearPlan service
• To generate personalized debt recommendations, call scripts, and email templates
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To send account-related emails such as confirmation and password reset
• To improve the product based on usage patterns

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your debt data for advertising purposes.

AI and Data Processing

ClearPlan uses Claude, an AI model by Anthropic, to power the AI Copilot, call scripts, and email templates. When you use these features, your messages and relevant debt context are sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic's use of this data is governed by their privacy policy. We do not use your conversations to train AI models.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a secure database hosted by Supabase. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only. While we take reasonable precautions, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Services

ClearPlan uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI-powered features

Each of these services has its own privacy policy and data practices.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Cancel your subscription at any time
